Here is a fine example of a properly set bolt by a properly trained crew....Actually, the whole mess is just that. If it were set correctly and concrete placed correctly, the concrete would be flush with the side of the foam with the nail in it and the foam would have been removed in an area of roughly the same height as the ledger and as wide as the space between the ties or say 5 to 6 inches. Posted by Hello
